2. Can I order flowers for delivery?
Yes! We offer delivery services for local orders within Connecticut, New Jersey, Staten Island, Rockland county, Westchester county, NYC- including the Bronx, Queens, Brooklyn, Manhattan . Simply select your arrangement and delivery option at checkout. Please allow 24 hours for processing, deliveries need to be booked at least 2 days in advance based on your location.
3. How do I place an order?
You can place an order directly through our website. Our easy-to-use online store allows you to choose your flowers, select an arrangement, select your wrapping paper, add accessories, and schedule delivery, shipping, or pick-up.
4. Do you offer same-day delivery?
Currently, we do not offer same-day delivery. All orders require 2 days for processing and delivery, depending on your location. We recommend placing your order in advance to ensure timely delivery.
5. Can I customize my flower arrangement?
Absolutely! We love creating custom arrangements to match your vision. Simply let us know the colors, flowers, and style you’re looking for, and we’ll design something special just for you.

8. What is your return or refund policy?
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not offer returns or refunds. However, if there is an issue with your order (damaged or incorrect items), please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your flowers, and we’ll do our best to resolve the situation with proof via photos.
9. How can I care for my flowers to make them last longer?
To extend the life of your flowers, follow these tips:
